Explore Ways To Integrate The Resources Of Urban Endowment

This paper chooses Shanghai as a case to analyze the means to integrate pensionresources in cities. City pension resources integration means integrating a variety ofresources in cities which can be used for developing elderly services to achieveoptimal allocation, make them have better features, improve efficiency of usingresources and achieve1+1>2. I choose Shanghai as a case because Shanghai is thefirst city in China to step into aging society and it has highest degree of aging.Shanghai is more representative than other cities.China is faced with a serious challenge of an aging society and it is short ofpension resources. It has been a bottleneck and obstacle for pension career, so it isnecessary to integrate pension resources.Because of the increasing pension demand and the shortage of pension resources,Shanghai has made some preliminary exploration to integrate pension resources.Shanghai not only makes full use of old spiritual and cultural education resources anddefines the professional status of social workers but also sets up a pension serviceinformation platform. In addition, it has an efficient volunteer system. However,because it is still at the exploratory stage, there are some problems, for example, therange of resources integration is small, the funds are not sustainable and resources arevacant.In this paper, the author attempts to explore further integration of resources andprovide a reference for other cities in China by analyzing the experience and problemsof Shanghai.
