A Comparative Study Of Euphemism And Taboo Custom Chinese And Kyrgyz Language

Euphemism occupies an important place in our daily lives. It is the language of communication process is often served the role of a binder or lubricant, not only can effectively reduce the irritating verbal communication, and can coordinate and maintain communicative relationship, thereby promoting social communication smoothly. Euphemism for its rich heritage of the bearer and cultural connotation and wide attention, so most representative from each nation to use euphemisms to analyze their national culture and mining has important theoretical and practical significance.This paper compares the two taboos of Chinese and Kyrgyz customs and common use of euphemisms, trying to analyze the cultural similarities and differences between the two countries in this regard. Brief introduction of local interpretation and way out of this thesis. The second chapter is a euphemism for customs and taboos overview describes the Chinese academic circles and the Kyrgyz language taboos and euphemisms definition, and pointed out that the status quo of Chinese and Kyrgyz scholars. Chapter third is all about Comparative analysis of the Chinese and Kyrgyz cultural taboos and euphemisms similarities and differences. Chapter four, I have briefly talked about some comments and insights about the current state of foreign language education euphemism.The purpose of this study is to make better understanding of the situation in order to successfully carry out cross-cultural communication of both countries through customs and taboos use euphemisms.
