Situational Approach In Foreign Language Teaching Tea Culture

Chinese tea culture is an important part of Chinese culture, is one of the most intuitive understanding and performance of Chinese culture expression, China is the homeland of tea, Chinese tea culture origins long. Teaching Chinese tea culture to explain the beneficial spread advanced culture of the Chinese nation, could help learners faster and better understand the content of the tea culture. However, tea is a beverage, is a concrete presence, tea culture is indeed a cultural symbol, represents a meaning and civilization, tea culture became an integral part of teaching Chinese as a foreign language teaching content. I study compared a variety of teaching methods, and that the tea culture in the teaching process, only use the situational approach in order to better achieve the effect of teaching in order to raise the interest of the learner through situational setting, helping to deepen learners of Chinese language and culture tea cultural understanding and help reduce the difficulty of explaining the teaching of abstract culture. Under the guidance of this theory, the author through the introduction, situational approach outlined development status situational approach, foreign language and cultural teaching "tea culture" overview of the development, situational teaching method in the classroom teaching of Chinese tea culture, and tea cultural curriculum design, teaching demonstration of tea culture in terms of situational seven cases carried out in a foreign language teaching teaching tea culture analysis and research, and presents the theoretical basis of situational approach, the development of tea culture, through curriculum and teaching case is designed to explain the context of foreign language teaching in the Teaching of tea culture.
