E-learning online learning, as a new learning mode, accompanied by the development of the Internet, play a more and more important role in the enterprise, digital learning mode promotes the development of training resources, picture, text, sound and other media combine. How to combine the media presentation,reasonably optimize the text,picture and voice to achieve learning effect,is an important principle have to consider in enterprise training curriculum design. The learners of staff training are all adult, adult learners have their special characters, cognitive style cannot be ignored. The paper aims to research the different learning procedure and learning effect that enterprise E-learning training courses impact on different learner cognitive style.Provide psychology theory to promote the application of E-learning enterprises.The design of experiment is3(Media presentation:text, text+picture, text+audio) X2(cognitive style:wholist,analytic).Graduating undergraduate or graduate students as the research object.Using the cognitive style analysis (CSA) screening of experimental subjects. By eye movement technology, eye movement characteristics that displayed by learners in E-learning courses were analyzed. The experimental result showed that:The experiment result showed that:(1)when wholist-analysis learners accepet E-learning training courses,their eye movement indexes are different, wholist learners fixation count more than analytic;(2)analytic learners’performance of detail memory are higher than wholist.(3)In text, text+picture and text+audio these three conditions, learners’eye movement indexes are different, in text condition, fixation length longest, fixation count is least.We can learn that:(1) different cognitive style effect learners eye movement pattern,cognitive style influence wholist-analysis learners’study process;(2)detail memory achievement affected by cognitive style,analysis pay more attention on detail than wholist;(3) different media presentation influence learners’ eye movement pattern study process.add picture or audio,learner will affected by them,contribute to understand the information.
