Foothold of this study lies in the psychology of religion in the scientific field, so firstof all defined. Then as based on the heart are introduced in this paper the basicconnotation of Buddhism and the "origin" with the theory and draw the outline of theTibetan Buddhism as a religion of the basic framework of psychological development, aswell as the psychology field of vision in the process of its spreading in the west. Then thearticle discusses the three theoretical paradigm of cognitive science, including computing,connectionism and as the third wave is formed in the cognitive paradigm, and the third isrepresent in this paper, the emphasis for the study of cognitive science. The article focuson body awareness and associations in the field of Tibetan Buddhism in the relationshipof body and mind. Summarizes the Tibetan Buddhism and not two and building a bettermousetrap. Thoughts and compares the theory of cognitive science consciousness andbuddhist epistemology, including damasio consciousness theory with Buddhism mainobject and the root of confusion and tile Leila neural phenomenological philosophy andmedium. In front of the last part of paper is made up of the cognitive science with TibetanBuddhism after the relationship of body and mind to explore implied by cognitiveneuroscience studies of zen, firstly introduces between Tibetan Buddhism and science ofdialogue in the form of meeting, and then introduces the cognitive psychology on thebasis of experiment and the cognitive process of cognitive psychology to meditation, andpsychological effect of basic research results, focus on meditation after brain scienceresearch results, this reveals the brain physiological mechanism of meditation. Finally inthe summary of proposed the author about Tibetan Buddhism spread in the west inexchange with psychology, individual thinking.
