Construction Of The Possibility Of Universal Values ​​under The Background Of Globalization

Debate about universal value problems began in the1990s, since then the thought of universal values gradually become a research hotspot. However, due to the different research direction and thinking perspective, the Chinese and western academia identity has not yet reached a consensus for universal values. Under the background of globalization, this paper solve the problem of globalization with a global perspective and this paper firstly defines the concept of universal values, traces the formation process of the history of universal values in the east and west. Analysis the different interpretation system caused by the differences in understanding, different understanding, and for the construction of universal value may exist in the process of block on all aspects, we analyze the construction of universal value from the several possibility, finally we forecast the realistic significance of the promotion of universal value. Around these problems, this paper mainly expounds from the following three parts:The first part, an overview of universal value. Universal value formed in globalization process is in response to the interests of the global issues and the global call, and analyze the universal values, promote each other, supplement each other, then the relationship between globalization has been clear about the globalization including politics, economy, culture and so on to research and construct the significance of the universal values. Respectively from the east and west history of cultural development, we find the universal value form through the historical background, and then defines the connotation of universal value, summarized its characteristics.The second part, the universal value on the construction of rational thinking. Trying to analyze the east and western different cultural backgrounds, ways of thinking, this article focuses on explaining why some scholars on the universal value may be bias. At the same time, some scholars think universal value contains a "freedom, fairness, justice, human rights," the concept of universal value, as for the rest of the western developed countries has penetration of ideology, thus resolutely denied and resistance of the construction of universal value on a global scale, promotion and other issues, this part from the perspective of political and cultural perspective and global vision these three aspects carry on the objective and comprehensive analysis. Finally we put forward specific ideas, alert for universal values in the values and ideological which may cause negative effects, but also realize it may bring practical significance, through the establishment of equal dialogue, rich connotation of universal value.The third part, the possibility of the construction and the promotion of universal value and practical significance. Firstly from these three aspects we discusses the process of construction of universal value, long and hard, from all kinds of obstacles in the possibility of analyzing the construction of universal value, and the ways to promote universal values. Finally we realize the profound significance of the universal values:first, the universal value can promote various national and cultural tradition mutual communication, mutual respect and mutual understanding. Second, universal value can reduce ethnic conflicts of economic and political opposition by different countries and helps to establish a mutual cooperation and good international relations between countries, so as to promote the world peace and development.
