Universal ethics is the new question for study in the recent years and it also becomes a focal point connected to the common trend of global ethics. Now, people haven't reach a wide-ranging common understanding on this question because of the differences of research angle and direction. This paper links the background of globalization, selects benefit as angle of view, be clear about solving global benefit as the ultimate aim of universal ethics. Based on the reality, researches and inquires into some questions, such as how to research and build universal ethics and extracts reasonable factors from east and west moral resources, then uses justice as the universal ethics' key content at the last. The paper makes an inquiry into the developing prospect of universal ethics.The paper is divided into five parts:The first part: Universal ethics' historical origin and the background of the time. (A) Look back the helpful attempting of west and east's forefathers and point out their shortcomings. (B) Analyze the background of the time about universal ethics. It's the globalization that make universal ethics emerged. (C) Make an inquiry into the others point of view about universal ethics. (D) Point out to solve the fighting on benefit in the world is the aim of universal ethics.The second part: Build and realize universal ethics' possibility and paths. There are three possibilities. (A) Universal ethics must contain the ingredients that every nation reserved from its history. (B) The forming of universal ethics needs the exchanging, amalgamating of every country and every nationality. (C)The practice of solving global questions helps universal ethics becoming materialization.Now, the major path of practicing universal ethics is to realize it separately through all sorts of cooperation in the different spheres and departments, then extend to the whole world step by step.The third part: Justice and right are the concept at the core. On the one hand, justice and right are the essential content of universal ethics on the other hand it also is the principle of universal ethics. As the content it will awaken people's conscience which win solve world's moral crisis thoroughly. As the principle, it will make the any content written into the universal ethics is correct. At the same time, the paper cites and expounds the powerful sourpports that justice in the east and west's morality to the universal ethics. (A) Justice in east. (B) Justice in west.
