As the outstanding writer, thinker and politician of the Tang Dynasty, Han Yu advocated the ancient prose movement actively, forming the "Han Disciples" classical creative team where he was the center figure."Magnificent and Strange Wei" prose style was unique and pointed out a road for the development of literature, creating a sustainable new situation; against the disparate administrative regions and safeguard the national unity,the force of the provision of Buddhism and Taoism and the revival of Confucianism,had a far-reaching effect on that time and later generations, which made Han Yu the character of the old for the new transition pointin the cultural, academic and thinking history of the Tang Dynasty. In particular, the poetry and creative theory proposed by Han Yu, became the milestone programme in the literature development of the Tang Dynasty, and specified the creative path and the direction of literary development for the Mid-Tang Dynasty. This article focuses onHan Yu’s "Cry Out Against Injustice" and "Spiritual Power Makes Proper Words", through retrieving the two concepts’originsand reflectingtheir thinkingconnotation, with a view to explore and analyze the relationship between them, and to have a more profound understanding and grasp theirliterary qualities, aesthetic meaning and the implied reality cultural significance.This paper mainly hasfour chapters to state and analyze:The first chapterfocuses on the Mid-Tang Dynasty’s political, economic, ideological and culturalsocial background of the times, at the same time to find and follow the Han Yu’s experience, and grasp the realistic spirit of the "Cry Out Against Injustice" and "Spiritual Power Makes Proper Words" in order better to "Know people and Judge events". The second chapter specifically discusses the literary theory of the "Cry Out Against Injustice". First it traces the source of the theory, then contemplates the concept in order to deeply understand its essential connotation. The third Chapter grasps the literary theory of the "Spiritual Power Makes Proper Words" comprehensively. On the one hand, tracing its historical origin;On the other hand, focusing on its connotationto grasp the unique style of the Han Yu’s literary work. The fourth chaptergivesthe "Cry Out Against Injustice" and "Spiritual Power Makes Proper Words"all-round, multi-level comparison and inductionon the basis of the content of the first three chapters. First, giving the "Cry Out Against Injustice" and "Spiritual Power Makes Proper Words" the research in the "aoism" level to explore the unity of opposites between them. Second, giving the "Cry Out Against Injustice" and the "Spiritual Power Makes Proper Words"in-depth study, grasping the two’sdistinctive and profound characteristics of the times, the practical significance, and the strong relevance and essential value of the struggle spirit.Third,recommending the conscious pursuit of aesthetic forms of the "Cry Out Against Injustice" and the "Spiritual Power Makes Proper Words" in writing practice as the starting point, and analyzing the two’s objective consistency in expressing emotion thoughts; In addition, it also discusses the innovation of common trigger source of the "Magnificent and Strange Wei" style--bright and deep historical background, the author’s strong personality and temperament, as well as the literature and art’s own law of development.
