In "The Analects of Confucius · Ji Shi",ancient Chinese thinker and educator Confucius mentioned: "Qiu also heard that there are state-owned people who are not suffering from lack of wealth, but are suffering from inequality. They are not suffering from poverty, but are suffering from insecurity." Fairness has been a good yearning for people's social life since ancient times, and it is also one of the basic norms for maintaining public order.A strong sense of injustice can damage interpersonal relationships and deepen class conflicts and racial conflicts. The society's aversion to unfair events is a concentrated expression of individual will, and it is not uncommon to reshape fairness through acts of revenge.Because individuals live in social groups, when individuals are treated unfairly and need to react to them, the process is often known to other individuals. These individuals can observe events as outside observers, and even They will also express their own positions or attitudes. The existence of others and different attitudes do have an impact on the individual's psychology and behavior. In this thesis, this research adopts the adapted UG task to manipulate the bystander factor, and explores whether there is a bystander condition, whether there is a bystander's social support condition, and whether there is a bystander's social pressure Under conditions, the participants' s retaliatory behavior affects the sense of injustice. This article adopts an experimental method, takes college students and graduate students in Nanjing area as the subjects, takes the score of fairness as the dependent variable, and explores the influence of retaliation on the feeling of unfairness under the conditions of the presence or absence of bystanders and whether they express their attitudes. This article contains 4 studies.Study one explores the impact of retaliation on the perception of injustice.Experimental results show that retaliation has a significant effect on reducing unfairness, and fairness can be reshaped through retaliation. The second study is to explore the influence of retaliation on the feeling of unfairness under the condition of the presence or absence of bystanders. The results show that, regardless of the presence or absence of bystanders, individuals will have a sense of unfairness when faced with unfair distribution behavior, and the individual's sense of fairness can be restored through retaliatory behavior. When there are bystanders, the participants' sense of fairness score is significantly lower, which indicates that the participants experience a stronger sense of unfairness when there are bystanders. The third study is to further explore the impact of retaliation on the sense of injustice with or without the social support of bystanders. The results show that, regardless of whether there is social support from bystanders, the subjects' retaliatory behavior can enhance the sense of justice.Compared with the condition of no bystander support, the subjects with the support of bystanders had lower scores for their sense of fairness in the face of unfair distribution schemes. The main purpose of Study 4 is to explore the impact of retaliation on the sense of injustice, with or without bystanders' social pressure. The results of the experiment show that, regardless of whether there is bystander pressure, the subjects are very sensitive to behaviors that violate the fairness rules, and give a lower sense of fairness score to unfair distribution, and the subjects' sense of fairness can be improved through retaliation. The study draws the following conclusions:(1)Regardless of the presence or absence of bystanders, regardless of the attitude of the bystanders, individuals will feel unfair when faced with unfair distribution, which indicates that the individual's perception of violations of fairness norms is relatively stable.(2)The individual's sense of justice score can be improved after the act of retaliation occurs.Show that punishing unfair proposers through retaliatory behavior can reshape fairness.(3)The existence of the bystander and the support of the bystander will strengthen the individual's perception of violations of fairness standards, and make the individual's sense of fairness of the unfair distribution plan lower.Compared with the condition of no bystander or no bystander support, when the bystander exists or the participant can get social support from the bystander, the score of the unfair distribution plan is lower.
