Jiangxi Regional Poetry And Song Luo's

Song Luo (1634-1713), whose courtesy name is Muzhong; literary name is Mantang or Xipo; andpen name is Mianjinshanren, Canglangyugong or Xipofangyewen. He was born in an aristocratic family inShangqiu of Henan province. There has been many officials and scholars in his family’s history. Song Luocan write good poems and articles. He is good at ride horse, archery and appreciate; and love collecting.Song Luo, respected as Taishanbeidou, became an great person of the South of China in his later life andhad been the leader of the southern literary world nearly twenty years. Wang Shensi was the leader of thenorthern literary world, and Song Luo has the fame just below Wang Shizhen. Song Luo was selected asone of Changanshizi by Wang Shizhen when he had been an official in Beijing at the years of Kang Xi. Hispoetry and writings were rich, such as Mianjinshanrenshiji, Mantangshuoshi, Jiangzuoshiwuzishiyuan. Hecollected and reorganized his poetry to a book called Xipoleigao, which had been collected intoSikuquanshu. His poetry not only Tang or song style, not learning ancient blindly.Instead, he absorbedother writers’advantages, so his writings has special and unique charm. This is also an important reasonthat he can dominate the southern literature in Kangxi period. Song Luo had been an official in Jiangxi, hispoetry been greatly influenced by the beautiful regional culture there. Wang Shizhen had evaluated hispoem as ‘Before Huangzhou, his poetry pattern was fixed and without change; after Qianzhou,his poetryare subtle and full of changes’. Song Luo himself also said that his poetry has been greatly improved afterhe realized the poetry’ essence when he saw Jiangxi’s beautiful scenery. It is visible that Jiangxi has animportant role in the change of his poetry style. So this paper study him in the perspective of his Jiangxiregional poetry, so as to help the other study of Song Luo.This paper collect Song Luo’ poetry in Jiangxi and the poetry about Jiangxi which is write in otherregions. This paper analysis and research as follows: the introduction part briefly introduces the presentsituation and significance of the study of SongLuo’ Jiangxi regional poetry; the first part mainlyintroduces the characteristics of Song Luo ’s life, the characteristics of Jiangxi and its influence on SongLuo; the second, three and four part separately introduce SongLuo’ Jiangxi regional poetry, the content andartistic features of them; the fifth part describes the status and influence of Song Luo’ Jiangxi regionalpoetry.
