DanceSport is the sport of sports and arts integration,lower extremity load intensity durgexercise is relatively large,Require a higher explosive power of the lower limb muscles,enduranceand muscle coordination,but so far, the coach during the amount of strength trainingarrangementsare still stuck on their own experience to control, no one can refer to the scientific quantifiableindicators,leading practitioners in the fatigue case to continue training or competition, it is easy todo bodily injury.This article aims to select the sEMG the DanceSport special students fatigueresearch to reduce or waive or reduce sports injuries, scientific guidance training, improve themonitoring system of the DanceSport strength and muscle coordination training.In this paper, the experimental method of Gannan Normal University Institute of PhysicalDance Special8students and non-sports students8,male to female ratio of1:1,sitting frequencyfor2seconds/circle kicking cycle ergometer load development principles control group as awhole close to80%of maximum strength. All subjects exercise-induced fatigue can no longercontinue to exercise a constant frequency. Sports sEMG monitoring the implementation of thewhole process of selection, the various stages of movement average EMG amplitude and centerfrequency analysis. Each index using SPSS20.0statistical software package for the study andcollection of data using independent samples t-test analysis and processing.The results showed that (1) DanceSport special students average EMG amplitude indicatorsof a given load intensity with the overall upward trend in exercise-induced fatigue. Indicates thatthe sEMG can identify physical fatigue evaluation of dance training.(2) the DanceSport specialstudents and ordinary students compared to the average EMG amplitude elevated higherproportion, because after a long-term professional training, electromyographic fatigue thresholdcan be studied in athletes.(3)DanceSport special students and non-sports student, the samemuscles the same movement phase center was no significant difference between thefrequency,rom the movement began to fatigue, the center frequency of the overall downward trendand the individual was not significantly different.(4) sports dance training can increase musclestrength endurance, improve muscle coordination.
