| Mental rotation is not only an important part of human cognitive space,but also an important part of sports imagery training.Mental rotation ability has a positive impact on the development of individual image ability and cognitive space ability of athletes;the improvement of athletes’ mental rotation ability can grasp movement more accurately,understand movement details more accurately,and improve movement quality.In the process of sports teaching and training,the main content of athletes’ learning and image training of sports skills is self-body representation,and the reference system of their Mental rotation is self-reference system.Therefore,the level and characteristics of athletes’ mental rotation ability of self-reference system need to be further studied.In this study,twenty college students majoring in physical education and non-physical education were selected as subjects.the left and right hand judgment task was used to explore the performance characteristics and differences of mental rotation ability of college students majoring in physical education and non-physical education under hand pictures of self-reference objects of plane rotation,spiral rotation,rotation angle of 0 degree,60 degree,120 degree,180 degree,240 degree and 300 degree.At the same time,event-related potential(ERP)technology was introduced to investigate the effect of physical exercise on human mental rotation energy.The characteristics of brain activity influenced by force and the brain activity characteristics of human mental rotation under different hand pictures were analyzed.The experimental design of 2(group)*2(rotation mode)*2(left and right hand)*6(rotation angle)was used to analyze the variance of repeated measurements.The main results are as follows:(1)The reaction time of the sports major group was 914.47±147.97 ms and that of the non-sports major group was 1341.37±197.21 ms.The difference between the two groups was significant.Sports majors were able to judge and react to their opponents’ pictures more quickly with their right and left hands,and there was an expert advantage effect.However,this result only existed in behavior,and no significant advantage was found in the average amplitude of P300 in EEG results.(2)In the mental rotation task of hand pictures,the angle effect,i.e.with the increase of rotation angle,the response time increases,the correct rate decreases,and the amplitude of P300 decreases.(3)Influenced by the physiological mechanism of human body,except t he rotation angle of 300 degrees,the response time of subjects to right-hand pictures was shorter than that of left-hand pictures,and the correct rate was higher than that of left-hand pictures,showing dominant hand effect.EEG data showed that the average amplitude of right hand P300 was larger than that of left hand,showing dominant hand effect.(4)Internal rotation effect appears under different rotating tasks.The amplitude,reaction time and correct rate of rotating angle inward are larger,faster and more accurate than that of rotating material outward.The main activation areas of mental rotation in hand pictures are the central and frontal lobes.The activation rate in parietal lobes is slower than that in central and frontal lobes.During the right-hand rotation,the central and parietal regions were mainly activated,but during the left-hand rotation,the central and frontal regions were mainly activated. |
