Objective: To study successful aging(SA)through Amplitude of frequency fluctuation(ALFF)and Functional Connectivity(FC),and to explore the activity characteristics of SA brain areas in the resting state. Methods: In this study,a case-control method was used to recruit elderly people aged 60-80 years old in Wuxi community who can normally cooperate with doctors to complete relevant neuropsychological tests.Full-time doctors use neuropsychological tests to evaluate their cognitive function. In the end,29 people in the SA group,30 people in the normal aging group(UA),and 24 people in the MCI group(Mild cognitive impairment,MCI)matched in gender, age, and years of education were selected.A 3.0T magnetic resonance scanner was used to scan the whole brain of resting state functional magnetic resonance for all subjects.First, use DPARSFA2.3and SPM8 software to use Amplitude of frequency fluctuation(ALFF)analysis method to compare the differences in spontaneous brain activity between the three groups, and then select the right central anterior gyrus(X:60,Y :6,Z:24)Perform a whole-brain functional connectivity analysis for the region of interest, and compare the functional connectivity differences among the SA group,UA group, and MCI group. Results: 1.There were no statistical differences in gender, age, residence style, years of education, and marital status in the SA group,UA group, and MCI group(P>0.05);2.Between the SA group,UA group, and MCI group The scores of the MMSE scale were statistically different(P<0.05);3.The brain areas with different ALFF values ??among the SA group,UA group, and MCI group were the right central anterior gyrus, the right cuneiform lobe, and the right orbital frontal area.Middle gyrus, right apical-lower edge angular gyrus, left side of the central small page, right superior frontal gyrus, right top superior gyrus, left supplementary motor area;compared with the UA group, the SA group is in the right central anterior gyrus,The upper ALFF performance of the right central posterior gyrus increased;compared with the UA group, the MCI group had higher ALFF performance on Cerebelum_9_R,in Cerebelum_Crus1_R,right inferior occipital gyrus, right fusiform gyrus, right supplementary motor area, and right central anterior gyrus,The ALFF value on the left supplementary motor area showed a decrease;compared with the MCI group, the SA group was in the right top inferior marginal angular gyrus, left paracentral small page, cuneiform lobe, right superior frontal gyrus, and right top superior The ALFF value increased on the upper back, and the ALFF value decreased on Cerebelum_9_R;3.The left rectus muscle, the right lingual gyrus, the left hippocampus, the right thalamus, and the right insula were found in the SA group,UA group, and MCI group.,Left middle frontal gyrus, right anterior cingulate and lateral cingulate gyrus, right caudate nucleus, left medial superior frontal gyrus, left middle occipital gyrus, right medial and lateral cingulate gyrus, left There are abnormal functional connections in the central posterior gyrus, the left middle frontal gyrus, and the right supplementary motor area. Conclusion: 1.Compared with the UA and MCI population, the SA population still maintains a higher level of cognitive functions.2.There are differences in spontaneous neuron activity in the core brain areas of the default network between the SA population, the UA population and the MCI population, which may indicate that the high level of cognitive function of the SA population may be related to the differences in the spontaneous neuron activity in the above brain regions.
