Objective:By affective disorder and non-affective disorder patients exposed to prenatal and perinatal risk factors were compared,to explore the relationship of risk factors of perinatal and fetal period for patients with mood disorder.Method:Review2012.09-2013.12in shandong qingzhou disabled soldier hospital psychiatric hospitalization of patients with affective disorder, all cases by the professional doctor or qualified doctors to give a definitive diagnosis, diagnosis in China’s disease classification methods and criteria for the diagnosis of the third edition of the revised diagnostic criteria for affective disorders (CCMD3). Use Excel2003to establish a database, using SPSS17.0software for statistical analysis. With a=0.05level for the test.Results:There were significant differences between two groups for the mental state in mother during pregnancy, history of touched poison in mother during pregnancy, history of cold in mother during pregnancy, complications in mother during pregnancy, complications in idiophase of mother, complications in neonatal period of patients, family history of mood disorder and age of pregnancy for mother (P<0.05). According to results of Logistic analysis, the risk factors of mood disorder for the patients included history of cold in mother during pregnancy, complications in idiophase of mother and family history of mood disorder (P<0.05)Discussion:This study applied the standard case-control study, no significant difference between the case group and the control group in response rate, sex, residence, the factors of parent gestational age (P>0.05), described the case group and in the control group had a good comparable.This study shows that the patients included history of cold in mother during pregnancy, complications in idiophase of mother and family history of mood disorder is a risk factor for the disease.Conclusion: High incidence of affective disorder patients compared with the control group of obstetric complications,mood disorder is intimately related to the perinatal and fetal period of the patients. Focusing on prenatal and postnatal care is important for the occurrence of disease control affective disorder.
