Objective: To describe and analyze the levels and risk factors for12-monthcomorbidity of mood,anxiety and alcohol-use disorders among the residents ofDalian. Through this investigation, we can get more information for diseasePrevention and clinical diagnosis. Also, it can Provide more valuable data andinformation for mental health Project in Dalian, meanwhile, for the construction ofcommunity mental health.Methods: All5062Persons were sampled from the11areas in Dalian..TheComposite International Diagnostic Interview(CIDI3.0)was used in theinvestigation..The diagnostic code was DSM一IV which was established in1994inAmerica. Chi-square and logistic regression were used in the statistics.Results:(1)The total Prevalence rate of comorbid Anxiety with mood is0.8%,comorbid Anxiety with alcohol-use disorders is0.2%, comorbid mood withalcohol-use disorders is0.4%,and comorbidity of three above is0.1%.(2) The malehas a significantly higher risk of comorbid mood with alcohol-use disorders than thefemale(odds ratio [OR]=0.162,95%confidence interval [CI]:0.053~0.497). Employment or not was significantly associated with comorbidmood and alcohol-use disorders.(OR=1.602,95%CI=1.131~2.268).Conclusion:(1)The total Prevalence rate of comorbid Anxiety with mood is0.8%,comorbid Anxiety with alcohol-use disorders is0.2%, comorbid mood withalcohol-use disorders is0.4%,and comorbidity of three above is0.1%which is similarwith other areas of China.(2)The male has a significantly higher risk of comorbidmood with alcohol-use disorders than the female.(3) Unemployments have asignificantly higher risk of comorbid mood with alcohol-use disorders thanemployments.(4)Psychiatric comorbidity is a common phenomenon among theresidents of Dalian and the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of comorbidpsychiatric disorders need to be improved....
