Objegtive:This essay is focus on learning the condition of patients’ life quality with liver cirrhosis by three different pathogens and try to find out the dominant factors on their quality of life, finally it aims at providing the theoretical basis on effective intervention of patients’ life quality with liver cirrhosis, through aware of what are the patients’ needs and how they need them.Medthods:The survey is aiming at the status of life quality of patients with liver cirrhosis, and based on convenience sampling of120people(60patients with viral hepatitis cirrhosis,30with alcoholic cirrhosis,30with primary biliary cirrhosis and30healthy people) by applying Chinese version of the concise quality of life scales(SF-36) including total scores and8domains:physical health, physical functioning and the role, general health feeling, vigor, social functioning, emotion role function and mental health.In the meantime, the survey collects the demographic characters from all groups, especially the characters which are relevant to life quality of those patients, the following are the details:Disease-related factors and non-disease-related factors. Uses SPSS10.0at Analyzing in variance analysis, rank test and multiple regression with frequency distribution, percentage, range, mean, standard deviation, median and interquartile range, in order to research the dominant factors related on life quality of patients with liver cirrhosis.Results:1.The life quality to three groups of Patients with liver cirrhosis decreased in some level, Compared with healthy group, the score of general quality of life and seven domains (physical functioning, role limitations due to physical functioning, general health perception, role limitations due to emotional functioning, social functioning, mental health, and vitality) of the groups of patients with liver cirrhosis. The score of general quality of life and four domains (physical functioning, social functioning, role limitations mental health)of the groups of patients with alcoholic cirrhosis are lower than viral hepatitis cirrhosis and primary biliary cirrhosis groups. Compared viral hepatitis cirrhosis with primary biliary cirrhosis group, they are lower in domain(role limitations).2. The multiple regression shows that under a certain condition, the higher level of Child-pugh, the longer course of disease, the more self-discomfort, the less life quality that patients left. In another hand the higher social supports, the better health insurance, the less neuroticism, introversion-extroversion, psychoticism, the larger ages, the better scores of life quality that patients can get. Except for the patients with alcoholic cirrhosis, The male gets higher scores in quality of life than the female. The education level, economics status and nutritional status does not show dependency to the quality of life.Conclusion:The quality of life to the patients with liver cirrhosis is low and dominated by many factors including:age, course of disease, Child-pugh level, inadaptation symptoms, neuroticism, introversion-extroversion, psychoticism, gender, payment of disease treatment, social supports.
