| Objective: Though compareing the application of distal tibial intramedullary nail and distal tibia locking plate in treatment of distal tibial and fibular fracture, We reveal the advantages and shortcomings of the two operation methods. Reference for clinical work.Methods:From2012to2013in December, We choose43patients in Department of orthopedics ward. The inclusion criteria:1.The distal of tibia and fibula closed fracture2.without ankle fracture or Ankle fracture without displacement。43patients were randomly divided into2groups, among of them,22cases choose the method of closed reduction and distal tibia intramedullary nailing fixation,2lcases choose the method of closed reduction or limited incision and distal tibia locking plate fixation. Postoperative functional exercise unified with the similar guidance. The follow-up time is at least3months,the cases were clinical healing.By comparing the admission to operation time, operation incision, operation time,Intraoperative fluoroscopy time, postoperative healing time and John-Wruh tibial shaft fracture criteria,we get the conclusion which is the advantages and disadvantages of the two different ways of operationsResult:We Use SPSS16statistical software to analyze data.Waiting for the surgery time: the two groups of contrast:t=3.283, P=0.004statistically significant different; Operation time: two groups of contrast t=2.487; P=0.022, statistically significant different; Intraoperative fluoroscopy time: two groups of contrast t=11.204; The difference (P=0.000)statistically significant different; Incision length tthe two groups of contrast t=0.437; P=0.667no statistical difference different.Conclusion Patients in intramedullary nailing group can obviously shorten the waiting time. The Intraoperative fluoroscopy time and operation time is slightly shorter than locking plate internal fixation group, on the incision, postoperative clinical healing and functional score the indifference。... |
