Abstract/Summary:
Objective: To study the tibia intramedullary nail and locking plate clinical efficacy research for the treatment of tibial fracturesMethods: In this paper, since the March 2013- November 2014, shandong university of Chinese medicine affiliated hospital orthopedic injury diagnosis of closed tibial fractures and surgical treatment of 40 patients, according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria, will all conform to the conditions and treatment of the patients were randomly divided into two groups, respectively, tibia intramedullary nail and locking plate two treatments, 20 cases in each group, through the operation time, blood loss, fracture healing time, X-ray evaluation and functional recovery of the two methods were compared.Results: Two groups of patients by imaging examination showed fracture healing, the actual number of days in hospital of two groups of patients(P > 0.05), fracture healing time(P > 0.05), complications, recurrence rate after operation there was no significant difference, compared with the locking compression plate, tibia intramedullary nail surgery the bleeding is relatively small, and the rate of good intramedullary nail treatment and follow-up of patients with satisfaction is superior to the locking plate.Conclusion: For tibial fractures, two groups of clinical curative effect, there were no significant difference on general surgery two kinds of operation method has its advantages and disadvantages, In the clinical treatment,we should be combined with the situation of patients, clinical indications and the types of fracture damage every method factors such as comprehensive consideration, choose the right way.
