Preventive Effect Of ALI / ARDS Rat Model And Influence Of Coagulation Yiqihuoxuejiedu Medicine

ObjectivesThis study use acute lung injury/acute respiratory distress syndrome (ALI/ARDS)rats as are search object,intervened with the supplementing qi, activating blood circulation and detoxicatio herbs. Its purpose is to verify whether the herbs can play a role of prevention ALI/ARDS and its effect on blood coagulation indicators.Methods1. Clinical ResearchWe tryed to find severe pneumonia patients which finaly became to ALI/ARDS,collecting their coagulation disorder factors related indicators in admission and the period of development of ALI/ARDS,finding if there have something significant change related between coagulation disorders and ALI/ARDS.2. Experimental ResearchWe use lipopolysaccharide (LPS)intraperitoneally (5mg/kg)to prepared for ALI/ARDS model,observing lung index, pathological changes to evaluate if the model is successful; Through examination of coagulation related indicators, we can know the situation of coagulation function in6h and12h,and we use low and high dose groups respectively fed the rats. By observing the lung injury and coagulation indicators to determine if Yiqihuoxuejiedu herbs on ALI/ARDS has a preventive effect and whether this effect is associated with improvement in blood coagulation.Results1. Clinical ResearchThere were20patients from January2013to April2014in Dongzhimen Hospital Respiratory ward,emergency department and ICU treated as ALI/ARDS, which have the statistically change isPT,DD and FDP(P<0.05),both of which prove ALI/ARDS patients have blood hypercoagulable state in early onset,and ALI/ARDS patients hypercoagulable primarily concerned with the extrinsic coagulation factor2Experimental ResearchALI/ARDS model making successful and ALI/ARDS6h rat blood is in hypercoagulable state. and Yiqihuoxuejiedu medicine for ALI/ARDS has a preventive effect in rats.The role of traditional Chinese medicine are related with improving high blood coagulation state.Conclusions1. ALI/ARDS patients with early onset may exist outside of the body’s clotting system is activated, the blood showed a certain hypercoagulable state performance, and the extrinsic coagulation pathway based.2.ALI/ARDS modeling success, and in12h the symptom is more serious.3. High-dose Yiqihuoxuejiedu medicine in ALI/ARDS onset in6h intervention in delaying progression of the disease have better results.4.The improve the role of Yiqihuoxuejiedu medicine may be with some related with PT/DD/FDP.
