This thesis includes two parts, literature review and clinical research.The literature divided into traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine for Overactive Bladder, and discussed in various angles from the disease. Mainly sums up the features of the disease, with the ancient clinical manifestations of the related diseases, and modern research of the etiology, pathogenesis, clinical diagnosis and syndrome differentiation. Clinical research including study purpose, clinical data, the judgment standard, method, results, conclusion and discussion.Objective:to analyses Overactive Bladder factors and the occurrence of the disease from the combination treatment of acupuncture and moxibustion, to highlight and improve the relationship of the effect, and to guide clinical prognosis of the disease.Method:design the questionnaire for outpatients to complete and to fill in. Questionnaires recorded basic information and the details of daily diet, living habits, incentives and symptoms. Record the result and modified with the evaluation of OABSS rating scale, then use the collected data in spss17.0to statistical analysis.Results:Two groups’before and after treatment for Overactive Bladder from the daily frequent urination, night urinary frequency, urgency, and incontinence have improved markedly, and has improved markedly in OABSS integral as well. The frequency during the day in3rd week and4th week, treatment group curative effect is superior to the control group; At night urinary symptoms, both groups at various stages of healing have no obvious distinction; Urgency symptoms in treatment group in week2,3and4curative effect is superior to the control group; Incontinence symptoms in treatment group and control group at various stages of healing have no obvious distinction; OABSS integral in3rd and4th week curative effect was better than control group; The two groups after treatment significantly, the rate in treatment group is better than the control group. The result shows that moxibustion can treat and alleviate bladder disease symptoms in patients with excessive activity, and improve the patients’ quality of life.Conclusion:through this research, Overactive Bladder related the factors of the treatment group and control group have showed before and after treatment of urine, urine volume and strength of a full bladder in different degrees of improvement. But the treatment group patients were significantly superior to control group in recovery.
