Objective:To investigate the anti-inflammatory angelica extract synergies of each component, antioxidant, explore the compatibility effect on the proportion of each component interactions, provide the basis for the study and application of Chinese angelica extractMethods:According to methods have been built, prepared the Supercritieal CO2extract of angelica sinensis, polysaccharides and total phenolic of Angelica, process optimization macroporous resin enrichment Angelica total phenolic acids; using LPS-induced RAW264.7cell to explore the synergistic anti-inflammatory effects between the Angelica Extracts, and between the main monomer components; and using DPPH method to explore the synergistic antioxidant effects between Angelica extracts, using AOM/DSS mouse colon cancer model to study angelica extract synergistic anti-inflammatory antioxidant effect. Colon cancer model shows that Angelica polysaccharides and Supercritical CO2extract of angelica sinensis application compatibility effect on AOM/DSS-induced mice, the tumor inhibition rate lower than with Angelica Angelica polysaccharide or the total oil, their combination has a synergistic effect; relative to the model control group, but also to reduce the expression of s PCNA, COX-2and iNOS in colon.Conclusions:The main monomers in the extracs having a certain ratio relationship, angelica extracts also have a certain proportion of compatibility. Under combined in certain ratio, the compatibility of the components or monomers can produce a synergistic effect. This study can provides some proofs of the multi-level application of traditional medice, especially for the application of Angelica.
