Fullness, Stomach Disease Syndromes, Correlation Between Syndrome Element Distribution Characteristics Associated With Helicobacter Pylori Infection

Purposes:By collecting and observing the chronic gastropathy cases of distention and fullness and gastralgia, summarize the correlations between the syndromes and syndrome elements of the chronic gastropathy and the infection of H. pylori,investigate the epidemiological characteristics of H.pylori, in order to guide the clinical treatment of Hp infection in traditional Chinese medicine.Objects:Collected787cases of stomach disease from August2013to December2013in Beijing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, who meet the standard collections,of which366cases are distention and fullness and421cases are gastralgia.Methods:On the basis of literature research, using epidemiological investigation methods and designing the clinical studies table. The cases are divided into distention and fullness and gastralgia by diagnosis in TCM, and on the basis of the above categories, according to whether patients get treatments or not, and then are divided into two teams. Using descriptive analysis on Hp infection rate, sex,age,marital status, occupation,education, diet, living conditions, touching conditions and the syndrome and syndrome elements of chronic gastropathy patients before and after the treatment of Hp. Using correlation analysis on the correlations between Hp infection rate, sex, age, marital status, occupation, education,diet,living conditions, touching conditions and the syndrome and syndrome elements of chronic gastropathy patients before and after the treatment of Hp and the correlation between the number of Hp-positive and the course of disease by the software SPSS17.0.Results:1. Hp-positive rate of the study collected787cases of chronic gastropathy patients is33.3%;284cases of male patients (36.1%),503cases of female patients, Male to female ratio is1:1.8;the youngest is19years old, The oldest is70years old, the average age is44.75years old.2. There are no significant correlation between sex, age, occupation, education,diet, living conditions, touching conditions and Hp infection (P>0.05).There are significant correlation between marital status and Hp infection (P<0.05).The Hp-positive rate rate of married is significantly higher than those unmarried. 3. There is no significant correlation between the number of Hp-positive and the course of disease (r=0.093, P>0.05)4. The syndrome of incoordination between spleen and stomach, spleen deficiency and qi stagnation, deficiency of spleen qi and stomach qi are more common in the Hp-positive distention and fullness patients who were getting the treatment of Hp. The treatment of Hp can reduce the frequencies of weakness, cold of hands and foots,dry mouth and want to drink, bitter taste in mouth,halitosis, loose stool,deep pulse,purplish tongue,and increase frequencies of fear of cold, qi deficiency, sigh, bad mood,sallow complexion, deep-colored urine, non-smooth diarrhea, dark tough.5. The syndrome of spleen deficiency and qi stagnation and incoordination between spleen and stomach are more common in the Hp-negative distention and fullness patients who were getting the treatment of Hp. The treatment of Hp can reduce the frequencies of cold of hands and foots, fear of cold, dry mouth and want to drink, plump tongue, thick fur, greasy fur, yellow fur, and increase frequencies of heavy body and spiritlessness, bad mood,qi deficiency, loose stool, non-smooth diarrhea, fissured tongue,thin fur,white fur, stringy pulse.6. The syndrome of dampness-heat of spleen and stomach, incoordination between spleen and stomach and spleen deficiency and qi stagnation are more common in the Hp-positive gastralgia patients who were getting the treatment of Hp. The treatment of Hp can reduce the frequencies of cold of hands and foots, dry mouth and want to drink, loose stool, dark tough, slippery pulse, deep pulse,and increase frequencies of distenting pain,vague pain, irritability, bad mad,fear of cold, qi deficiency, sigh, bitter taste in mouth, halitosis, sallow complexion, non-smooth diarrhea, purplish tongue, teeth-printed tongue, fissured tongue, thick fur, greasy fur,weak pulse.7. The syndrome of incoordination between spleen and stomach is more common in the Hp-negative gastralgia patients who were getting the treatment of Hp. The treatment of Hp can reduce the frequencies of distenting pain of stomach, anorexia, weakness, heavy body and spiritlessness, cold of hands and foots, loose stool,non-smooth diarrhea, teeth-printed tongue,stringy pulse, slippery pulse, and increase frequencies of aggravate vague pain of stomach after angry,irritability, bitter taste in mouth, thready pulse,deep pulse, weak pulse.
