Spleen Dampness, Clinical Studies Of Ovarian Cyst Treatment Of Blood Circulation

Objective:Observing the clinical efficacy of the method which is belonged with traditional Chinese medicine of fortify spleen to move water and promote blood circulation to dispel blood stasis in the treatment of Ovarian Cyst.To evaluate the clinical effectiveness of the method reducing the volume and improving the symptoms of Ovarian Cyst.And to explore its mechanism, provide scientific basis for clinical application.Methods:Patients of Ovarian Cyst from January2013to March2014in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine Department of gynecology were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group and the control group.The patients are in line with syndrome of traditional medicine of dysfunction of spleen in transportation and accumulation of water and stasis and their age are between20-50years old.In accordance with the ethical principles,they must sign Informed consent.They must fill the case report form then we can know their basic situation.The treatment group received the prescription of fortify spleen and promote blood circulation originated by my supervisor Professor Liu Zhaoyang based on the theory of fortifying spleen to move water and promoting blood circulation to dispel blood stasis,one dose a day with decoction;the control group received "Zhitonghuazheng grain",4g,three times a day.Both groups were treated for two months by stop taking during menstruation.we collected their data including the primary symptoms and minor symptoms and B-ultrasonography diagnosis respectively after the first month and the second month.Statistical methods:The data all data are used SPSS17statistical processing. Quantitative indicators were compared using the paired test, analysis of variance use independent sample test and comparison between groups, qualitative index is mainly used for test or rank sum test. All statistical tests were two-sided test, P<0.05, with statistical significance.Results:1.Comparison of clinical abortion rate of two groups:The total effective rate of the control group is83%,The total effective rate of the treatment group is93%,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Therapeutic effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine clinical curative effect:symptoms of patients of both groups changed for the better.3.The primary symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine:for the30patients of treatment group the highest percentage of primary symptoms to appear is menstrual disorders,and the most serious symptoms.Other symptoms sorting by proportion are abnormal menstrual quantity and profuse leukorrhea.After the treatment,above symptoms in appearance in proportion and disease severity are improved substantially.4.The minor symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine:for the30patients of treatment group the highest percentage of minor symptoms to appear is puffiness of thorax and abdomen followed by physically and mentally fatigued,dim complexion,poor appetite,stool watery,enlarged tongue,dark-purple tongue.After the treatment,above symptoms are improved in different extent,the most obvious symptom is puffiness of thorax and abdomen,dim complexion.5The volume change of Ovarian Cyst:After treatment,volume of Ovarian Cyst of both groups are narrowed considerably.It makes clear that the prescription of fortify spleen and promote blood circulation can narrow the volume of Ovarian Cyst.Conclusion:1.The method which can fortify spleen to move water and promote blood circulation to dispel blood stasis can diminish the volume of Ovarian Cyst and relief the primary and minor symptoms induced by Ovarian Cyst.it also can improve pathological state of dysfunction of spleen in transportation and accumulation of water and stasis.2.The mechanism of the prescription of fortifying spleen and promoting blood circulation treating Ovarian Cyst would be:adjusting the balance of blood coagulation and fibrinolysis system,strengthen the organic immunity,anti-inflammatory and bacteriostasis.
