Objective:We will observe the effectiveness of the Chinese native medicine Zhage reduced-fat decoction of ultrafine particle formulation on treating hyperlipidemia with the Syndrome of dyspepsia stasis.Methods:According to the randomized controlled method,60patients were included in the standard according to the "random number table method" were randomly divided into two groups,30patients in the treatment group, and the other30patients under the control group. The treatment group30patients use the Chinese native medicine Zhage reduced-fat decoction of ultrafine particle formulation to take orally the treatment. The comparison group30examples use the Xuezhikang Capsule to take orally the treatment. The two groups are in8weeks for a course. Before the treatment and after the course, Observed two groups of TCM symptoms scores as well as signs and adverse reactions,.Results:General information in the two groups before treatment, severity of disease was no significant difference (P>0.05); After the treatment, the research showed there are significant differences in improvement of symptoms as well as comprehensive in terms of efficacy. Compares two groups in TG, TC, LDL-C (P<0.05or P<0.01);and there are no significant difference in two groups of improvement of HDL-C (P>0.05); During the period of clinical observation, two groups of cases have no obvious adverse reaction occurred.Conclusion:This Zhage reduced-fat decoction of ultrafine particle formulation superfine particle to treat hyperlipidemia dyspepsia stasis syndrome clinical curative effect significantly, can significantly improve the patients’clinical symptoms, and use convenient, curative effect affirmation, is worth popularizing in clinical application.
