| Objective:Based on228cases of pre-hypertension people, using a prospective and randomized control study, to observe the effect of Qutan Huoluo decoction on levels of blood pressure, blood glucose, blood lipid and TCM syndrome, and to explore the advantage of Chinese medicine in hypertension control field.Method:Using a prospective, randomized controlled study, in accordance with the pre-hypertension diagnosis standard of "guidelines for prevention and treatment of hypertension Chinese (2010Revision)" and the American hypertension treatment guidelines(JNC7), screening out people with pre-hypertension, then the experts meet the inclusion criteria of pre-hypertension in patients with syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine, select228patients of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome, randomly divided into two groups according to the proportion of1:1, namely control group (lifestyle intervention group) and experiment group (Qutan Huoluo Decoction combined with lifestyle intervention group) with114cases in each. Through the health education, propaganda guidance, the control group of lifestyle intervention, guide the patients to control salt intake, moderate exercise, reasonable diet, control body weight, smoking, limit alcohol, to build a healthy lifestyle and regular follow-up; in the experimental group, besides the life style intervention, giving Qutan Huoluo Decoction, one dose everyday, take it twice in morning and evening. One course of treatment is four weeks,total course of treatment is12months, followed up for a period of one year. Input data by Microsoft Excel2003, statistical analysis was performed by spss20.0software.Result:1. The level of blood pressure:after the intervention, both of the cases’blood pressure in two groups is decreased, compared the difference between before and after was statistically significant (P<0.05), the comparison between two groups by statistical analysis, the antihypertensive effect of test group than that in control group and the antihypertensive effect of rapid onset, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);2. Antihypertensive effect: Adoption of the hypotensive effect of SBP and DBP decreased to normal blood pressure level is excellence, one of the SBP and DBP reached the normal level is effective antihypertensive effect. After the intervention, the experiment group buck markedly effective rate and total effective rate were40.35%and85.09%; the control group blood pressure markedly effective rate and total effective rate were29.82%and57.89%. Effect is compared between the two groups, the test group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).3. The value of TCM syndromes:TCM syndromes after the intervention of the two groups of subjects value were decreased, with significant difference (P<0.05); the comparison between two groups, the decreased of the value of TCM syndromes in experiment group compared with the control group had significant improvement, there was significant difference (P<0.05). After the intervention, the experiment group’s value of TCM syndrome integral decrease rate is markedly effective rate and total effective rate were8.77%and86.84%; the control group’s value of TCM syndrome integral improved markedly effective rate and total effective rate were1.75%and44.74%. The hypertension conversion rate in experiment group was2.63%, the hypertension conversion rate in control group was16.67%.Efficiency ratio between the two groups, the experiment group markedly effective rate and total effective rate was significantly better than the control group, statistically, there was significant difference (P<0.05).3. Fasting blood glucose and lipid levels:after the intervention, the experiment group’s blood glucose, TC, TG and LDL-C levels were significantly reduced, there were significant differences (P<0.05); after the intervention, the comparison between two groups, the experiment group fasting glucose, TC, TG and LDL-C is significantly lower than that of the control group, statistically significant differences (P<0.05). The intervention group the fasting glucose, TC, TG and LDL-C had no significant improvement (P>0.05). Two groups of intervention showed no significant effect on the subjects with HDL-C (P>0.05).Conclusion:In a healthy way of life under the guidance of the application, Qutan Huoluo Decoction (Decoction and granule) intervention for hypertension phlegm and blood stasis syndrome, can effectively reduce the level of blood pressure, control of hypertension incidence rate, significantly improve the clinical symptoms, and effectively regulate the fasting blood glucose, TC, TG and LDL-C levels. Comprehensive intervention to improve the traditional Chinese medicine combined with the normal way of life, it can control the hypertension of hypertension incidence rate, and significantly improve the clinical symptoms in patients with high normal blood pressure, decreased the blood glucose and blood lipid level. |
