| Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of acupuncture combined hemodialysis(HD) plus hemoperfusion(HP) for the uremic pruritus.Methods:69caces of suffering pruritus after maintenance haemodialysis from Dongfang hospital, Dongzhimen hospital, Beijing hospital of Chinese Traditional and western Medicine were chosen to record their situation assessment, together with the various clinical examination. The patients were randomly divided into three groups, namely the acupuncture combined with HD plus HP group (treatment group),HD plus HP group (HD+HP group) and the control group (HD group). The control group (HD) with normal Hemodialysis treatment, three times a week, the dialysis treatment lasted4hours.HD+HP group carried out hemodialysis plus hemopelfusion treatment,hemodialysis three times a week, also las hour, including hemodialysis plus hemopelfusion treatment once a week, the hemopelfusion lasted2h, then the perfusion machine needed to be replaced. Treatment group receive acupuncture treatment three times a week at hegu and Xuehai acupoints for20min.also with the same treatment with HD+HPgroup. Record IP, PTH and Duo’s pruritus score before the couse of treatment,8weeks after, record the iPTH, IP, and Duo’s pruritus score again.Results:The total effective rate78.3%in the treatment group and60.0%in the HD+HP group, There is no significant difference around the treatment in IP and PTH in the three groups。 There is statistical differences in Duo’s pruritus score of HD group, the same with treatment group (P<0.05=.Take and chi-square test of the effect of the three groups’curative effect.Treatment group and HD group curative effect had statistical differences (P<0.05), the same with HD+HP group and HD group, but HD+HP group and treatment group curative effect had no statistical difference (P>0.05). Based on the research of the uremic pruritus during recent ten years to dialectical classification into the patients, Conduct chi square test,the effective of patients which belong to the deficiency of blood syndrome type and noxious dampness syndrome type in group had no statistical difference (P>0.05),the same with that in HD+HP. Conclusion:Acupunctured in xuehai and hegu combined hemodialysis (HD) plus hemoperfusion (HP)could relief the symptoms of uremic pruritus effectively. |
