Clinical Observation Of Yin Blood Heat Uterine Bleeding Zhen Qian Particle Therapy

Objective: To observe the Chinese native medicine preparation Zhen Qian granule on Metrorrhagia and Metrostaxis caused by Yin deficiency and blood heat (equivalent to Western medicine anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding) the clinical curative effect of bleeding period, mainly to observe the hemostatic effect and the improvement of TCM syndrome, and analysis the prescription compatibility of cubic basis, characteristics and mechanism of action, provides a theoretical basis for Zhen Qian particles be widely used in the clinical treatment of the disease.Method: The selected patients were selected from July2013-2014February, Dongfang Hospital of Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine gynecology clinics and wards for patients diagnosed with Metrorrhagia and Metrostaxis caused by Yin deficiency and blood heat. According to the case inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria, will be in accordance with this study looked at80cases were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group and control group,40patients in each group. The treatment group received oral Zhen Qian particles (Ligustrum lucidumlOg, Insanit15g, Eclipta15g, Teasel10g, Paeonol15g, Red aglaophotis radix10g, Astragalus6g, Motherwort lOg, Agrimony15g, Ipsum Puhuangl5g),1bag/times,2times/day, sooner or later, blunt, for7days. The control group received oral capsules Gongxuening (mainly drugs: Re-aedificium, Yunnan Baiyao Grup Co., Ltd. production),2/time,3times/day, for7days. To observe the overall clinical efficacy of two groups of patients after treatment, hemostatic effect, Chinese medicine symptom improvement, etc. Established on the basis of the data in the table above, using SPSS17.0statistical software for analysis and comparison of treatment in order to assess the clinical efficacy Zhen Qian particles.Results:The total curative effect, the zhen Qian particle group40cases,12cases recovered,16had marked effect,8people effectively, invalid4people, the total effective rate was90%; Gongxuening group of40cases healed6people,10people had marked effect,17people effectively,7people, the total effective rate was82.5%; Zhen Qian particle group total effectiveness is better than that of control group (P<0.05). Hemostatic efficacy, zhen Qian particle group40cases recovered14,16people were markedly effective, effective7people,3invalid, effective rate was92.5%, Gongxuening group40cases recovered7people,12people were markedly effective, effective15people, invalid6people, the effective rate was85%, the zhen Qian particle group hemostatic effect is better than that of control group (P<0.05). Improvement in terms of clinical medicine, respectively, after treatment in the group, by t test, were two-sided P<0.001, significantly improve the symptoms of the two groups of patients after treatment; between the two groups P<0.05, significant difference, indicating that the particles Zhen Qian improving TCM syndrome group than the control group, the effect more pronounced; significantly reduced before the individual symptom scores compared two groups of Chinese medicine treatment, Zhen Qian particle group of five upset hot, waist and knees, insomnia and sleep soundly points with less control group, there was a significant difference (P<0.05), illustrate the application of Zhen Qian particle therapy to improve Metrorrhagia and Metrostaxis caused by Yin deficiency and blood heatin five upset hot, waist and knees, insomnia symptoms less sleep soundly effect is particularly pro-minent.Conclusion:Zhen Qian particles aimed to nourish Yin, clear heat, cooling blood hemostasis, with good clinical efficacy in the treatment of Metrorrhagia and Metrostaxis caused by Yin deficiency and blood heat, can effectively stop bleeding, and can significantly improve the clinical symptoms. It can be used as one of the effective methods for the treatment of anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding.
