Object:searching the differentiation methods therapies from poison on skin diseases of Professor Zhu, to analyse, summarize, and inherit the academic thought and clinical experience.Method:collecting500cases of skin diseases using Microsoft office Excel. Each prescription includes44items such as patients’ general information, symptoms, Western diagnostics, TCM diagnosis, symptoms, skin lesion, TCM syndrome, syndrome element, therapy, internal medicines, external medicines, efficacy. Use the SPSS17.0to analysis the frequency. Use the Weka3.7.5software to analysis based on support vector machine and association rules between the symptoms and herbs, syndrome and herbs, syndromes and formulas; herbs and herbs.Results:The study finally collected500diabetic cases, in which there were140first visit and360returned visit.There are96kinds of symptoms. The top five symptoms are:Wind-heat stagnation skin syndrome(6.30%),blood thermal wind syndrome (5.80%),wind-wet blood stagnation muscle(5.40%),nutrient-defense disharmony(4.80%)There are32kinds of syndrome elements. The top five syndrome elements are: fire(18.00%), wet(12.50%), wind(12.20%), blood heat(8.5%), spleen (7.1%).There are372(74.40%) items including"hot","hot blood" or "dryness" in the total500items of syndrome elements.The "hot" appears314times,"hot blood" appears145times,"dryness" appears48times. There are23kinds of syndrome elements appearing in the372items of syndrome elements, excepting "hot","hot blood" or "dryness". The top five syndrome elements are:wet(43.82%), wind(42.74%), spleen(25.00%), blood stasis(16.13%), stomach(11.56%).There are342items of therapy decomposition related with "fire". They are: clearing heat(87.72%), detoxification (42.40%), cooling blood(40.94%), moistening dryness (11.99%), purging pathogenic fire(3.22%),Expelling toxin(2.63%), ruducing internal heat(0.88%), discharging heat(0.58%), purgation(0.58%), Through the evil(0.29%).There are30other kinds of therapy decomposition In the342items. With the further development of computer information technology, machine learning is expected to be an effective method to summary and inherit veteran practitioner of TCM.
