Our Chinese medicine called obese patients as "meat" or"fat" or "cream man."With the rapid economic development, people’s living standards have greatly improved,the gradually increasing obesity has become one of the important factors that affect people’s health and mood.Relevant literature and found that the domestic acupuncture physicians of the disease have a different understanding, and also the use of their personal treatments, including scalp and body acupuncture, ear acupuncture and Chinese herbs, and so on, they all have achieved their certain results.My mentor in a long-term clinical practice, summed up in the traditional acupuncture basis with the paici zusanli (ST36),shangjuxu(ST37) to xiajuxu(ST39) acupuncture patients can better suppress appetite, reduce calorie intake, promote gastrointestinal activities to promote the decomposition of body fat mobilization and action by adjusting endocrine function, and ultimately achieve the effect of weight loss.This paper intends to use a randomized controlled design of this point in the treatment of simple obesity group clinical study to look objectively evaluate its clinical efficacy, specifically its treatment characteristics, found its therapeutic advantages, provide objective for the treatment of clinical application and promotion of efficacy basis.MethodsThe72cases of simple obesity patients met the inclusion criteria, according to a random number table, divided into experimental group and control group.Experimental group received acupuncture therapy group effects;Control group using conventional acupuncture.Experimental group and the control group were treated with acupuncture once a day, each time the needle30min, does not require treatment time of each day.Monday to Friday, five days of continuous acupuncture treatment, rest with the weekends.Consecutive weeks as a course of treatment, a total of2courses of treatment.Screening patients into groups according to the treatment after one day before and after2weeks of treatment,4weeks;2weeks after the end of treatment, a total of five month follow-up time points were observed, recorded TCM symptoms totals,Using symptom scores table,to see what is the difference,and the difference after their treatment.using the spss16.0to statistics before and after treatment,and record the patient’s onset time, safety, adverse events, in order to determine the safety of the treatment.ResultsAfter statistical analysis, comparing the two groups, group of experimental total effective rate was83.3%in group of control group the total effective rate of61.1%between the two groups were compared, Response Evaluation Criteria in comparison p<0.05, explain that group experimental significantly better than the control group.Before and after the treatment in patients with total score comparative of the TCM symptoms,after t test or Wilcoxon rank test the two treatments for urine, the thirst, the stool, the difference was not significant.On appetite suppression, satiety two groups, p<0.01, the difference was statistically significant, indicating that the experimental group patients can better suppress appetite, so that satiety.Comparison of the two groups themselves,after paired t test special experimental group patients about BMI and weight,p<0.05,with a statistically significant difference,shows that the special experimental group can be effective in the treatment of simple fat spleen dampness type;About control group the result is the same so is the effective.After each treatment, follow-up twice,record relevant data,the data about before the treatment and the last follow-up,after the paired t test,p<0.05,still has statistically significant difference,shows that the two methods to the treatment of simple fat Spleen dampness type had some long-term effects.Throughout the whole of treatment, the patient stable vital signs, the whole process does not appear fainting, needle acupuncture and other unforeseen circumstances, the entire course of treatment is safe and effective.ConclusionThe special effects group has significant effect to simple fat,and its better than conventional therapy group.it is also safety.The special effects group has its special effect to suppress appetite to each patients,the same is to the regulate gastrointestinal motility.the paici is indispensable to treat simple fat.
