The slow arrhythmia rat moderns made by gavage with hydrochloride are cured by Mahuang Xixin Fuzi Decoction and of which the heart function observed with BL-420s biological function experimental system.3.1.3Results:Mahuang Xixin Fuzi Decoction increase the heart rate and the left ventricular Systolic Pressure and end-diastolic Pressure, the maximum Pressure ascending rate of left ventricle and the maximum Pressure descending rate of left ventricle.3.1.4Conclusion:Mahuang Xixin Fuzi Decoction imProve the heart function of slow arrhythmia rats by increasing rate and the cardiac myocyte contractility and stroke volume.3.2the ExPerimental Study of the effect of related decomPosed reciPes in the blood flow dynamics3.2.1Objective:To study the effect of Mahuang Xixin Fuzi Decoction’s decomPosed reciPes in the blood flow dynamics.3.2.2Methods:The modern SD male rats in SPF by gavage with hydrochloride0.2ml/d(15mg/kg),after14d the rats are seParated by weight into MXF grouP,modern grouP,control grouP randomly with8rats. Then the modern grouP with0.2ml by7.5mg/kg in the morning,the MXF grouP with MXF (4.8g/Kg/d) at afternoon, and the MX grouP with MX (2.4g/Kg/d),MF grouP with (4g/Kg/d),FX grouP with FX (3.2g/Kg/d) and AtroPine grouP with0.15mg/kg. The control grouP, modern grouP and AtroPine grouP were given matching normal saline14d by lml/100g.Then observe the blood flow dynamics at the2h end of last day with BL-420s biological function experimental system.3.2.3Results:Mahuang Xixin Fuzi Decoction imProves the heart function of slow arrhythmia rats by increasing rate and left Ventricular Systolic Pressure and diastolic blood Pressure.Mahuang Xixin Fuzi Decoction increasing rate significantly (P<0.05) comPared with MF grouP,imProving left Ventricular diastolic blood Pressure slightly (PO.01) comPared with MF grouP.Fuzi Xixin Decoction imProves rate of slow arrhythmia rats significantly comPared with MXF grouP and imProves left Ventricular Systolic Pressure and diastolic blood Pressure significantlythan modern grouP (,P<0.01)Mahuang Xixin Decoction imProves rate significantly (P*<0.05) than Mahuang Fuzi Decoction, imProves left Ventricular Systolic Pressure and diastolic Pressure of slow arrhythmia rats significantly comPared with modern grouP (P<0.1)The effect of Mahuang Fuzi Decoction to increase the rate is not obvious (P>0.05) comPared with modern grouP.
