Objective:By observe using the method of Bushen Shugan and Huoxue Tiaojing cure hypomenorrhea and delayed menorrhea patients with clinical curative effect, discuss the differences between combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment and pure western medicine treatment. Evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine treating hypomenorrhea and delayed menorrhea effectiveness. Explore effective treating hypomenorrhea and delayed menorrhea experience and methods. Provide reliable experimental basis for traditional Chinese medicine alternatives to hormone therapy. To lay a good foundation for the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine research.Method:meet the standard of60patients with hypomenorrhea and delayed menorrhea women, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group30cases each. Treatment group use combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment, use Bushen Shugan and Huoxue Tiaojing prescription and western medicine artificial cycle therapy, the control group use western medicine artificial periodic treatment. Observed before and after treatment two groups of women’s menstrual cycle, menstrual period, menstrual quantity, sex hormones and endometrium related indicators.Result:treatment group treat hypomenorrhea and delayed menorrhea total effective rate was93.3%. The control group the total effective rate was80%. Through statistical analysis, two groups of symptom score before and after the treatment are significant difference (P<0.05). Curative effect comparison between the two groups have significant difference (P<0.05), suggests that the treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group. Two groups had significant difference before and after the treatment in improve breast tenderness, irritability, dysmenorrhea, lumbar debility, dizziness, tinnitus (P<0.05). There are significant difference between two groups in improve breast tenderness, irritability, dysmenorrhea, lumbar debility, dizziness, tinnitus (P<0.05), suggests that the treatment group is better than the control group. Compare with two groups of patients with sex hormone levels, on the improvement of estradiol(E2), progesterone(P), follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), two groups had significant difference before and after the treatment(P<0.05). On the improvement of estradiol(E2), progesterone (P), follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), comparison between groups had significant difference(P<0.05), treatment group is better than the control group. On the improvement of luteinizing hormone (LH) there was no significant difference between groups (P>0.05). Compare two groups of patients with endometrial, two groups had significant difference before and after the treatment (P<0.05). There are significant difference between groups(P<0.05), suggests that the treatment group is better than the control group.Conclusion:bushen shugan and huoxue tiaojing cure hypomenorrhea and delayed menorrhea, can significantly improve menstrual situation, obviously improved the main clinical symptoms, Can significantly improve patients with E2, P level, reduce the levels of FSH and LH, increased endometrial thickness.
