Clinical Observation Of Peripheral Facial Paralysis Yiqi Moxibustion Treatment

Purpose:This study through the observation of the Qi tonic moxibustion medicinetreatment method with facial paralysis of the clinical research, analysis of thecurative effect of Qi tonic moxibustion on the facial paralysis.Material and method：60cases of the disease within7days in the patients wererandomly divided into treatment group and control group,30patients in each group.Inthe control group using acupuncture and medication,Treatment group was filled in Qitonic moxibustion on the basis of control group.Observe the certain effect of the twogroup on the eighth day and after two weeks ’time.Results：At the first diagnosis,Two groups in gender, age, patient’s side parts, thenerve localization diagnosis and H-B grading,H-B score has no statistical difference(P>0.05),At the end of the onset and course of8,Treatment group is better than thecontrol group on the clinical effect,at the end of the Treatment, the total effectiverate of the treatment group is better than control group (P<0.05), the cure rate ofthe treatment group is better than that of control group (P <0.05); Cured patientsin the course of the comparison, the treatment group is better than that of controlgroup (P <0.05),Conclusion：1.Moxibustion has efect of tonifying Qi; improving the organism immunity.2. Qi tonic moxibustion treatment of acute phase of the facial paralysis clinicalcurative effect significantly, can improve the cure rate and total effective rate.
