Eye Clinical Observations Aurae Yin Deficiency Type Of Stroke Treatment

Purpose：Observe the clinical effect of the premonitory stroke with deficiency ofboth qi and yin by the main method of Eye Acupuncture.Material and method：Divide60patients suffering premonitory stroke withdeficiency of both qi and yin into treatment group with30and control group with theother30by the way of randomized blocks.Treat all the patients by the way of generaltreatment,and the treatment group add the way of Acupuncture(mainly EyeAcupuncture).After two courses,observing the clinical effect.Results：After treating,two groups of patients have been better than before.Theeffective rate of the treatment group is93.3%,the rate of control group is76.7%andthe whole rate is85%.The effective rate of both methods showes significantdifference(P<0.05) through the statistical test.It summarized that the two ways workwell but the treatment group do better.Before treating the symptom grades of twogroups showed no significant difference,they are comparable.After treating thesymptom of two groups of patients has improved,the result showes significantdifference.It concluded that the symptom both of the two groups has improved.But thedifference of the treatment group is larger,show that the therapeutic effect of thetreatment group is better.Statistics of patients after treatment found that within onemonth the treatment group and the control group patients with TIA recurrence showno significant difference(P<0.05).But within two month there was only one patient oftreatment group who recurred TIA compared6patients of the control group.We cansee the effect of treatment group to prevent the recurrence of TIA is better.Conclusion：1.The therapeutic effect of the method of Eye Acupuncture combinedgeneral treatment is exact in treating premonitory stroke with deficiency of both qiand yin,and it is better than general treatment only. 2.The therapeutic effect of the method of Eye Acupuncture combinedgeneral treatment is better than general treatment only on preventing TIA.3.Eye Acupuncture can exploit the advantages to the full in treatingpremonitory stroke.
