Total Knee Replacement Knee Efficacy In The Treatment Of Moderate To Severe

Objective: to observe the total knee replacement treatment knee osteoarthritisclinical efficacy.Materials and methods: from March2010~March2013at liaoning universityhospital of traditional Chinese medicine bone two wards in the hospital of11patients with moderately severe knee osteoarthritis as the research object,according to the disease treatment of total knee arthroplasty. Rating accordingto the HSS score system, to evaluate patients with knee joint functional recoveryafter surgery.Results: HSS scoring48points preoperatively, scored an average of88points,after6months follow-up period was40%. The excellent and good rate was100%.Conclusion: for severe knee osteoarthritis, especially accompanied by functionloss in patients with severe knee inside and outside double, flexion andextension, is ideal treatment, total knee arthroplasty can relieve pain andimprove function, greatly improve the quality of life.
