Objective:To observe the effectiveness specificity and safty of using the compound of aconite in different incremental mode to treat rheumatoid arthritis,and to investigate the possible action mechanism, in order to provide the clinical foundation for the further development and application of treat syndrome of cold-dampness blocking collaterals of rheumatoid arthritis with aconite.Method:60patients with syndrome of cold-dampness blocking collaterals of rheumatoid arthritis,were randomly divided into the treatment group (30cases) and the control group (30cases).All patients were treated with the compound of aconite (150ml tid),in the compound,the use of white prepared lateral root of aconite is processed aconite, according to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia,the initial dose was30g,and then gradually increase the amount every two weeks, the treatment group increased after a dose of2times before the first dose, the control group every time constant and the amount of30g. Course of treatment was8weeks,observation of a course of treatment.The depressed of the laboratory indexes and the integral improvement of western medicine curative indications and clinical syndromes of TCM of patients were observed before and every two weeks after the treatment,also antibody,and comparison of The treatment group’s depressed of the laboratory indexes after each addition amount.Results:The treatment group the total effective rate of disease progress96.67%, the symptoms of the total efficiency of100%, the treatment group the total effective rate of disease progress60%, the symptoms of the total efficiency of36.67%, there are significant differences in the overall efficacy of the two groups, P<0.05. The treatment group curative effect surpasses the control group. Compared with the control group,the treatment group’s depressed of laboratory indexess the integral improvement of western medicine curative indications and clinical syndromes of TCM are of statistical significance, P<0.05. In the treatment group, the depressed of the laboratory indexes value is superior to that of the laboratory indexes before treatment with the decrease value after white prepared lateral root of aconite dose per turn more amount of time,it was statistically significant, P<0.05.Conclusion:The compound of aconite in double incremental mode can ameliorate the patients’clinical symptoms of TCM, western medicine curative indications and laboratory indicators who with Syndrome of cold-dampness blocking type of rheumatoid arthritis, Play a major role in aconite roots is Monkshood Polysaccharide,its main mechanism of action could be:anti-inflammatory, analgesic, swelling, regulation of the immune, enhance the body immunity.
