Western medicine is effective in the control group to reduce serum uric acid and reduce joint pain.The adverse drug reaction rate of the two groups were 0%and 10.00%.In both groups there was no obvious damage to the liver and kidney functions.The conclusions were that Modified Guizhi Aconite Decoction is an effective and safe medicine to treat acute gouty arthritis.The experimental study was conducted to evaluate the anti-inflammation and analgesia effect of Modified Guizhi Aconite Decoction on Chronic gouty arthritis.The result shows Compared with model group,high dose of Chinese medicine and western medicine group the control group model can significantly reduce the volume of animal joints,lower serum uric acid(P＜0.01).the dose group also have effect(P＜0.05).Low-dose group no significant difference (P＞0.05).Reduce swelling in the ear,the writhing test,compared with control group,in the high-dose group and the control group are effective(P＜0.01),and the Low-dose control group with no significant difference(P＞0.05).The conclusions were Modified Guizhi Aconite Decoction is an efective anti-innamation and analgesia medicine in treatment of Chronic gouty arthritis.
