| MethodsThis paper over reviewed the hospitalized patient case between3,2011-3,2014in the affiliate hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, rheumatology department, which were diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis patients and using kunmu compound formula (Tripterygium hypoglaucum (Levl.) Hutch, Dipsacus Linn., Leonurus artemisia (Laur.) S. Y. Hu F) Managed to collect relevant clinical data by using the computer software EXCEL, and calculated by statistical software SPSS17, based on data calculation results to find out the clinical efficacy of kunmu compound formula in treating rheumatoid arthritis, therefore would provide a further view of the data base for clinical application and experimental study of the compound.ResultsAccording to the specified inclusion and exclusion criteria, the total of200cases of patients which primer diagnosis is arthritis rheumatoid are picked out for data collection. The average age of patients was56.67years old. Male were60cases (30%) females were140cases (70%) from ages55-65years of60cases,40cases were over60years;100cases were55years above.After kunmu comporent syndromes, there was no significant difference between the treatmentund formula treatment. Datas wrere collected through pre-treatment and post" treatment of the case of joint symptoms and laboratory indicators of self-comparison, were significantly improved; and a comparison between the diffe groups. By the calculation we found patient’s AST, ALT, CREA was not significantly meaningful between the before and after treatment, during the research, we found less15cases revealed adverse reactions, but after cease the threatment of compont,most of the side efforts were eased. These adverse reactions including5cases of irregular menstruation,6cases of gastrointestinal discomfort. |
