Progress In Treatment Of Infantile Diarrhea Diarrhea Nine

Purpose:Based on Ming dynasty physician Li Zhongzi’s Nine Treatment Methods on Diarrhea and refers to interrelated theses on these famous physicians’methods in all ages, we can figure out the Nine Treatment Methods’origin and theoretical connotation through further investigation and detailed addendum on its academic information. Closely combined with clinical and carefully analyze its using standard, we can better study and inherit these famous academic experience to improve its using value. Observing the effect comparison on the Heat Diarrhea’s Treatment in Children between flavored Gegenqinlian Decoction which is on the side of cool and refreshing method and conventional Chinese medicine (children Changweikang granules), we can do an objective evaluation on flavored Gegenqinlian Decoction’s clinical effects.Methods:People can unscramble the Nine Treatment Methods’ medical intension and using standard comprehensively, systematically and deeply to clarify its theoretical and practical relationship. We divide the60patients who fit the selection criteria randomly into treatment group (30) and control group (30). The treatment group is treated with flavored Gegenqinlian decoction while the control group with Children Changweikang granules and the course of treatment is5days. We observe and record the patients variation on defecate frequency, stool form and constitutional symptoms before and after the5days treatment, and then use statistical analysis to analyze the data.Results:This paper treats Li’s dine methods as outline and origin, theoretical basis, indication and practical points as guideline; what’s more, it classifies comprehensively and does an inductive research to provide an overall reference frame for clinical staff. In the part of clinical study indicates that both the two medicines are effective to the Heat Diarrhea’s Treatment in Children (p<0.05), and in the aspect of symptoms improvement, flavored Gegenqinlian decoction is more effective than Children Changweikang granules. Besides, the treatment group exceeds the control group in the improvement not only in main symptoms but also secondary symptoms.Conclusion:The purpose of the Nine Treatment Methods is to teach us how to cure these kinds of illnesses rather than only the "Nine Treatment Methods". So the application of it is supposed to flexible adaptation, or it can not do us a favor. And the treatment should change on the basis of knowing common diseases, thus we can figure out a way to get our problems solved. And flavored Gegenqinlian decoction is able to avoid the side effects western medicine may lead to, so clinical shows that it has favorable practical applicability and it turns out that it is worthy of further promotion.
