Clinical Efficacy Of 45 Cases Of Delayed Union Bone Correction Continued Pills

Purpose:Investigate the efficacy of buzhengxuguwan to treat the delayedfracture healing.Material and method:Select45cases of delayed fracture healing inpatients,divide them into treatment group and control group randomly.Treatmentgroup was treated with basic reatment like replacing and fixed the fracture endor give the appropriate surgical therapy,on this basis,let the patients takebuzhengxuguwan orally a pill(8g),twice a day,post cibum,as4weeks a course oftreatment.Control group only received the basic treatment the same as thetreatment group.Take X-ray after every course of treatment.Results:After2-6months follow up,an average of3.5months,according to thefracture healing efficacy criterion in 《The Efficacy Criterion to DiagnoseDisease in Traditional Chinese Medical》 and 《Guiding Principle of ClinicalResearch on New Drugs of Traditional Chinese Medicine:SymptomclassifyQuantization》,23cases are in the treatment group,there are18cases clinicalhealing,obvious effect3cases,effective1case,no effect1case,The clinicalhealing rate is78.26%,total effective rate is95.65%.Other22cases are in thecontrol group,there9cases clinical healing,obvious effect4cases,effective4cases,no effect5case,The clinical healing rate is40.9%,total effective rateis77.27%.Pass through the statistical test,compare the clinical healing rateof two groups,p＜0.05,there are significant differences,explain the treatmentgroup can obviously improve the fracture healing rate,batter than the controlgroup.compare the total effective rate of two groups,p＜0.05,there aresignificant differences,explain the treatment group in the treatment of delayedfracture healing effect is better than the control group.Conclusion:1.Take buzhengxuguwan orally to treat delayed fracture healinghas a Curative effect,can accelerate the rate of fracture healing. 2.For the various types of patients with delayed fracture healing,first we should correct the unfavorable factors of fracture healing,use thecorrect treatment,then give the treatment to promote fracture healing.
