To discuss the Correlation between bloodstasis and incidence of delayed fracture healing, For screening effective traditional Chinesemedicine，explore its action mechanism，for provides darg development and guidance ofdelayed fracture healing more objective theoretical basis for clinical application.Methods: Conform to the30research object of basic situation and TCM relatedmaterials, using SPSS17.0statistical analysis software to alculated and analysed，andContrast the differences between the various factors.Results: In the group of30cases,(Have card discernible29cases, accounted for97.7%，unlicensed discernible in1case,3.3%.)A single syndrome8cases, accounting for26.7%.5cases is blood tasis syndrome(16.7%),2cases is liver and kidney deficiency syndrome(6.7%)，1case is blood deficiency syndrome (3.3%.)21cases have composite syndromes(70.0%)，3cases is blood stasis syndrome and liver-kidney deficiency syndrome (10.0%),3cases is blood stasis syndrome and qi-blood deficiency syndrome (10.0%)，10cases isblood stasis and liver-kidney deficiency syndrome (33.3%)，4cases is qi-blood deficiencysyndrome and blood stasis (13.3%)，1case is qi-blood deficiency syndrome andliver-kidney deficiency syndrome (3.3%). After calculated of statistics software，theresults of the analysis:1. Age distribution: Master confirmed certificate (blood stasis)group and the master card deficiency syndrome (kidney deficiency syndrome and blood deficiency syndrome) group (P <0.05)，Other differences between each main syndromeswere no statistical significance (P>0.05).2. Older age and longer duration are the important factor fordeficiency syndrome and pathogenesis，also are the susceptible factors of limb vascular lesions.
