On Rabbit Knee-inflammatory Cytokines IL-1 And TNF In The Complex Bone Peptide Injection

Purpose： Lnterleukin-1and TNF Is an important cytokine in the destructionof articular cartilage. This study Conpound peptide injection of interleukinthe impact of changes in hormone levels in the rabbit model of osteoarthritisof the knee.Material and method：Experiments in the laboratory Second People’s HospitalOrthopedics, from April to September2012.40rabbits were divided into4groups,using Hulth modeling method to establish the rabbit osteoarthritis early,mid-term pathological model, with hyaluronic acid and Conpound peptide injectionrespectively intra-articular injection were observed and compared aftertreatment, were drawn, unified by double antibody sandwich enzyme-linkedimmunosorbent assay,levels of IL-1and TNF in all groups of experimental rabbitknee joint fluid were measured in.Results：1. Results show, the model IL-1and TNF levels were significantly higher thanthat of Conpound peptide injection group, there were significant differences.2.Blank group failed to detect IL-1and TNF.3. Hyaluronic acid group was lower than that of Conpound peptide injection group,significant difference, indicating that IL-1and TNF may play an important rolein the pathogenesis of osteoarthritis.Conclusion：Conpound peptide injection can effectively reduce lL-1and TNF rabbitosteoarthritis model in joint fluid level, showed Conpound peptide injectionintra-articular injection can be effective treatment of osteoarthritis.
