Infertility TCM Literature And Drug Laws

Purpose：TocollectthesesfromJanuary1979toNovember2011periodinLiaoningUniversity of Traditional Chinese Medicine at the Chinese Text (CNKI) which areincluded in the combination therapy aspect of infertility literature, and usestatistical datas to analyze the number of cases of syndrome differentiationand the frequency of clinical drugs used, in order to seek for the law of syndromedifferentiation and drug administration of infertility, so as to optimizetreatment of traditional Chinese Medicine of infertility.Material and method：Collect theses from January1979to November2011period in Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine at the ChineseText (CNKI) which are included in the combination therapy aspect of infertilityliterature, and screen them.Literature criteria for inclusion include:1.Primary literature;2.Literature which meets the diagnostic criteria for infertility;3. Literaturein which clinical research number of cases is more than15;4.Literature whichhas a better effect of combinational therapy than that of conventional modernmedicine treatment;5.Purely traditional Chinese medicine oral treatment;6.Inone menstrual cycle there is only one main decoction for treatment.Literature criteria for exclusion include:1.Summary of class literature;2.Literature which does not meet the diagnostic criteria for infertility;3.Literature using experimental studies as its base;4.Literature in whichclinical research number of cases is not more than15;5.The literature withoutclear syndrome differentiation and drug administration;6.Literature which usetherapies except oral traditional Chinese medicine therapy way;7.Literaturewhich use artificial cycle therapy.Literature is Screened to meet the inclusion criteria and not meet theexclusion criteria. And then use Excel software to make statistical tables using number of cases of syndrome differentiation and the percentage, as wellas the frequency of clinical drugs used and the percentage, to find out thevaluable law of traditional Chinese treatment in aspects of syndromedifferentiation and the frequency of clinical drugs used. It can play a guidingsignificance to clinical treatment of infertility, or can play a role inoptimization of clinical treatment of infertility.Result：By reading and analyze the113articles screened, I find that thereare8203clinical cases in infertility treatment literature, and43syndromescategorized,167drugs used. There are the frequency of each drug, especially10most commonly used drugs, as well as the proportion of each frequency in thewhole.Conclusion：By analyzing the statistics of infertility literature of thecombinational therapy in recent years, we find out the common syndromes, andhigh-frequency drugs used. To make the best clinical treatment program is theultimate goal of this article. Then through syndrome differentiation, removethe cause, patients have a normal menstruation. At this time guide patients tohave mixing intercourse on the right day. And it can greatly increase the chanceof pregnancy, and achieve satisfactory results.
