Purpose: The study used acupuncture combined with oral self soup treatment ofperipheral facial paralysis facial paralysis clinical effect.Material and method: Peripheral facial paralysis incorporate acupunctureclinic in our hospital meets the standard60patients will be enrolled patientswere randomly divided into two groups, the acupuncture group of30patients,the acupuncture group30patients, including acupuncture and medicine group weretreated with the needle acupuncture combined sinceintends facial paralysis souporal treatment, acupuncture group using a simple needle acupuncture treatment.Each group of patients with continuous treatment for10days as a course oftreatment, the two groups of patients were consecutive3course of treatment,the use of facial nerve function assessment standards and efficacy evaluationcriteria, the two groups were compared patient outcomes.Results: After the end of the two groups of patients, and the total effectiverate was100%efficacy evaluation acupuncture group, acupuncture group, thetotal effective rate was90.0%, symptom scores between the two groups of patientsafter treatment with SPSS.V16.0statistical analysis softwarewas statisticallysignificant (P <0.05), the acupuncture group was significantly better than theacupuncture group, the two groups of patients after treatment to improve thesymptoms of peripheral facial paralysis significant differences.Conclusion: Acupuncture combined with oral self soup treatment of peripheralfacial paralysis, facial paralysis after clinical observation, a significanteffect, significantly better than a simple needle acupuncture treatment. Thismethod significantly improve symptoms of peripheral facial paralysis effect,the cure rate is high, is worth the widely used clinically.
