Purpose:Explore the pharmacodynamic mechanism of qi and phlegm detoxification medicineagainst fatty liver injury.Methods:The use of a high-fat diet with alcohol toxicity in rats fatty liver injury model,dongbaogantai control observed Qi and phlegm detoxification medicine fatty liverinjury in rats observed:(1) serumadiponectin (APN), leptin (leptin);(2) liverleptin receptor (OB-R) mRNA;(3) nuclear factor-kappa B (NF-kappaB);(4) tumornecrosis factor (TNFa);(5) liver pathology.Results:1A high fat diet with alcohol toxicity law model can be successfully copiedpathological manifestations of chronic fatty liver, steatohepatitis ischaracterized by liver injury model in rats.2Compared with the model group, Qi phlegm and detoxifying herbs cansignificantly increase the liver the OB-RmRNA the expression, regulate leptinlevels; inhibition of NF-kappa B activation; reduce TNFa content; improve thelevel of serum APN. Significant difference (P <0.01), compared with thedongbaogantai treatment of the better than dongbaogantai group. The liverpathology observation indicates that qi and phlegm detoxification medicine hasgood resistance to fatty liver, treatment of steatohepatitis role.Conclusion:Qi and phlegm detoxification herbal compound for treating fatty liverpharmacodynamic mechanism:1increased serum adiponectin levels;2of raised liver OB-RmRNA expression regulate leptin levels; 3inhibition of NF-kB activation and reduces TNFa content.
