Non-alcoholic fatty liver is one of the most common chronic liver disease. Therefore, the development of effective drugs prevention safety green nonalcoholic fatty liver will have a great significance.Method:1、adaptiveWista rats were fed a week after the high-fat diet feeding method to copy the model of non-alcoholic fatty liver in rats.2、after the model is successful, according to the weight rats were randomly divided into six groups:low, medium and high concentrations of the treatment group, the control group, positive control group and prevention groups in accordance with the appropriate daily dose, concentration gavage different internal medicine.3、every two weeks from8rats in each group were cardiac blood serum levels of TG, TC, SGOT, GPT, LDL, HDL, CHE, Glu, and quickly, taken part of the right lobe of the rat in10%neutral formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded producers, HE staining of histological changes. Results:1、the positive control group of rats serum TG, TC levels significantly higher than the control group (P<0.01), low, medium and high concentrations of the treatment group and the prevention group were significantly lower in the TG, TC levels, prevention group effect less obvious.2、the positive control group, serum SGOT increased compared with the control group a significant difference over time (P<0.01), low, medium and high concentrations of the treatment group compared with the prevention group compared with the control group were significant differences (P<0.05); rat serum GPT activity in each group did not change significantly.3、compared with the control group, positive control rat serum HDL levels were significantly lower (P<0.01), LDL levels were significantly increased (P<0.01), low, medium and high concentrations of the treatment group increased HDL levels, LDL levels decreased, compared with the prevention group compared to the positive control group had no significant difference.4、serum levels CHE positive control group of rats compared with the control group significant difference compared (P<0.01), lower than the concentration in the treatment group compared with the control group the difference was significant (P<0.05), with a high concentration of the treatment group the positive control group significantly different (P<0.01), compared with the prevention group compared to the positive control group had no significant difference; each group of Glu compared with the control group had no significant change.5、the morphological changes in liver tissue of rats in each group:the positive control group rat hepatocytes with granular degeneration and necrosis of small amounts of liver cells, the nucleus pushed to the side, in the cytoplasm of varying sizes, varying the number of lipid droplets vacuoles; seen a lot of small lipid droplets within the cytoplasm of rat prevention group and accompanied granular degeneration; liver cells of rats treated with high concentrations of small amounts of lipid droplets and particles associated with degeneration of the liver cells arranged irregularly. In low concentrations in rat liver cells treated irregular arrangement, the cell gap, inflammatory infiltration, perivascular lipid droplets of varying sizes, and accompanied by a granular degeneration.Conclusion:1、the traditional Chinese medicine can effectively reduce serum non-alcoholic fatty liver in rats TG, TC, SGOT levels, but had little effect on serum GPT.2、the traditional Chinese medicine can effectively raise HDL levels, and reduce their LDL levels with the CHE content.3、the traditional Chinese medicine for non-alcoholic fatty liver Glu change had no significant effect.4、the Chinese herbal compound in high concentrations in liver tissue morphology of nonalcoholic fatty liver in rats changed somewhat corrected.
