With the rapid development of economic and social in China’s ethnic autonomous areas, the demand for health services in these areas has also been improved. The level of health care services directly determines the level of economic and social development of the country, the quality of health services determines the physical health of the people. But the developmental level of the medical and health in the ethnic autonomous areas is still relatively low. Irrational allocation of resources, low levels of health service technicians, the large difference between the regions and so on are the main factors restricting the development of China’s ethnic autonomous areas medical and health undertakings. Therefore, how to improve the health services’accessibility in these ethnic autonomous areas became the important issue faced by government departments of national autonomous areas.Since the reform and opening up, China’s health system reform are constantly deepening. In this paper, I used the case study method, interviewing method, household surveys, to analysis the current situation and existing problems of the health system of Diqing, and the current situation of the medical and health services’accessibility and it’s influencing factor. Through these analysis, I try to come up with the countermeasures of health services development of Diqing. In the section of the accessibility analysis, I tried to use the American scholar Anderson’s theory to analyses the geographical, economic and technologic factors of the accessibility completely. And then, I found out the reasons to reducing the accessibility are the irrational allocation of resources, poor technology and treatment of the doctors, and so on.In the section of the countermeasures of enhance the medical and health services’ accessibility in China’s ethnic autonomous areas, I tightly around the earlier material and theoretical analysis. Firstly, establish a steady growth in investment mechanism, rational allocation of resource, to achieve the public welfare of the healthcare utilization in autonomous areas. Secondly, improve the technical level of the health technicians in autonomous areas. Thirdly, strengthen the construction of the rural grassroots health service ability in the autonomous areas.
