In recent years,with labor cost increasing,artificial recovery has become the bottleneck ofxinjiang tomato industry development. The mechanization of tomato harvest has become a necessary trendfor processing tomato industry.Processing tomato fruit-vine separation technology is one of the core of the tomato harvestingmachine. According to the separation principle,the fruit-vine separation technology can be divided intothe forced separation and vibration separator,but vibration separation technology is currently applied morewidely and mature。In this paper,the research status of separation technology both domestic and foreignwere analyzed, Combined the cropping patterns of Xinjiang’s processing tomato, Mechanical andphysical characteristics of the processing tomato were Studied, Integrated use of modern mechanicaldesign theory and methods, designed the rotary roller-type fruit-stem separation device for processingtomato and built the test bed. Used the method of computer virtual simulation technology and bench test,Comprehensive researched the separation performance of the separation mechanism, through analyzed thetest data, optimized the parameters of the structure and properties of the separation mechanism.The thesis’s study includes the following aspects:Measured the physical and mechanical characteristics of the processing tomato,got the shape index,fruit weight, breakage force of rape processing tomato, measured the tomato’s fruit-stem Separation forceand the stem’s pull off force; Summarized the relationship between fruit-stem separation force and fruitsize; determined the fruit-stem force range of tomato.The overall design of rotary roller-type fruit-stem separation device is conducted, then the geometricmodel of separation device is established, Virtual assembly of the device and interference checking werecompleted.Simulated the movement of the separation roller by Adams, analyzed the change of the acceleration,velocity and displacement of the separation spring–tooth and then Provided the basis for the best speed ofthe separation mechanism, simulated and analyzed the spring-tooth force on tomato fruit-stem withdifferent rotational speed.Built the test bed, carred out the experiment of the processing tomato fruit-stm separation.Determinedthe optimal combination of the separation parameters are Roller speed21r/min; cam disk speed42r/min;lever amplitude of110mm through single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment, Establish theregression equation between experiment factors and separation indicators based on the response surfacemethod, analyzed the effects of experimental factors on the separation index. |
