With the government’s attention to miscellaneous grain economic crops,the mechanization of agricultural production has become more and more important.White kidney bean,as a better miscellaneous grain of economic crops,has a high economic value,but the difficulty in harvesting white kidney bean is an important reason to restrict the development of white kidney bean planting.At present,the main problems are: the traditional artificial threshing method has a long working time,and the labor intensity is large,the common thresher has a serious damage to the seeds,and the modified combined harvester has a good performance It’s effective,but it’s expensive.In view of the above problems,this paper will pre design and test the separation device of white kidney bean through its material characteristics.The main research contents are as follows:(1)To explore the material characteristics of white kidney bean: plant height,plant weight,stem diameter,grass grain ratio;the change rule of three-axis size,100 grain weight,natural angle of repose and sliding friction angle with water content of white kidney bean;to explore the influence of water content and placement mode on mechanical properties of white kidney bean under compression load by universal material testing machine.(2)According to the material characteristics of white kidney bean,the top cover,threshing drum,concave,fan impeller,fan shell and other components of the threshing device are designed.The model of the threshing device is established by using UG10.0,and the finite element analysis of the whole machine and frame is carried out by using ANSYS.(3)The single factor test is carried out with the drum speed,threshing clearance,feeding amount and plant moisture content as the influencing factors and the crushing rate,entrainment loss rate,non threshing loss rate and impurity content as the indexes.According to the single factor test results,a multi factor test scheme is designed to analyze the law of each factor on the influencing indexes and explore the primary and secondary order of each factor on the indexes,and design ex is used Pert software is used to optimize the test design,determine the best combination of parameters,and carry out the test verification.
