Using computer technology to control the industry boiler is the trend of development of science and technology. On the base of computer control technology using intelligent control algorithm is the research hot spot in recent years, boiler system is a combination of microcomputer control technology, automatic control technology and energy saving and emission reduction technology.This paper take the heat boiler to be the object of study, after inspect the boiler operation process and key technologies of control. A set of control scheme is put forward to the boiler, this paper selects the following three subsystems to introduce:the furnace pressure control system, steam temperature control system, liquid level control system. Besides, the boiler heat balance is analyzed, and the upper computer interface is programmed based on C#language.According to the characteristics of the different subsystem control circuit, different control strategies are put forward respectively. Using the feed forward-feedback way to control the pressure, using secondary regulation network mode to control the steam temperature, using the fuzzy-PID control method to control the liquid level.This paper focuses on the steam drum level fuzzy-PID control, designs the PID controller, fuzzy controller, fuzzy-PID controller respectively, and using MATLAB SIMULINK module to simulate the three different kinds of control modes. By comparing the simulation results, it is concluded that the fuzzy-PID control system is better than the fuzzy control and PID control competing in adjust time, maximum overshoot, steady-state error and other performance indicators. The fuzzy-PID can achieve the best control effect.The upper computer interface is programmed using C#programming language in the Microsoft.NET framework. Using XML technology to realize the data storage function of the system. System software mainly includes the login interface, the user management interface, main interface and table display interface, curve display interface, system log interface and data report interface. calculating the boiler thermal efficiency on the software instantaneously, providing theoretical basis for the improvement of boiler.
