Reciprocating pump is one of the most common type of pump,linear motor reciprocating pump can be directly output to the hydraulic pressure.It is reasonable to reduce the load of the power system, and it can largely reduce the size of the reciprocating pump and the complexity of the mechanical drive mechanism, all kinds of machinery and facilities has urgent application requirements for high efficiency, low energy consumption, high environmental protection. Linear motor has been widely studied and applied in many fields in domestic and abroad. If using linear motor direct drive at the power outlet of reciprocating pump piston rod, the structure of the pump can be simplified and compacted at the same time, the efficiency will be increased. In this paper, the main research work is studied and analyzed the working principle of the linear motor reciprocating pump. The linear motor is connected with the piston of the reciprocating pump and no fluctuation analysis. In view of the linear motor motion situation, this paper expounds the characteristics of movement of the reciprocating pump of no flow fluctuation, and proposed dual linear motor driven double-acting reciprocating pump theory. In theory this will realize the suction and discharge the constant total flow and pressure fluctuations. And the selection of design scheme of linear motor reciprocating pump and control of reciprocating pump system, and then use the computer to simulate the practical simulation.This paper using AMESim software models and simulates each part of the reciprocating pump system, simulation of the practical working process of reciprocating pump, analyzes the output characteristics of the pump flow and pressure in the working process, which ensures the feasibility of linear motor reciprocating pump.
